Job Summary:
The Clinical Data Interface Specialist will be a key member of the Clinical team, executing development and implementation of the clinical data translations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensures the proper and accurate translation and transmission of standard and non-standard clinical data, both within internal applications and systems as well as with external partners and customers
  • Works collaboratively with a team of interface developers to successfully complete numerous data conversion projects for disparate data formats
  • Utilizes a “big picture” understanding of clinical interfacing to allow the proper candidate the ability to architect the correct channels, allowing for accurate data transfers
  • Leverages hands on knowledge of HL7 2.x – 3.0 data messaging, including CCD/CCA to understand messaging impacts
  • Identifies technology needed for interface requirements
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of an implementation
  • Reviews deliverable wit QA team before passing to client
  • Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working with HL7 2.x to include ability to read/interpret complex Interfacing messages and conduct detailed gap analysis for data conversion/interface design
  • 3+ years of management experience is a plus
  • Experience participating with HL7 community
  • Experience defining connectivity strategies for data/platform interoperability
  • Complete fluency with all HL7 2.x file formats
  • Experience with CCD and C-CDA documents
  • Experience with file parsing techniques and technologies (XML, XSLT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with connector based solutions (Mirth, Cloverleaf, WebSphere, etc.)
  • Experience resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion
  • Ability to assimilate new technical tools, software and data systems to accommodate continuous changes in technical environment
Database Administrator I

Database Administrator I

Job Status: Full Time, Exempt

Job Summary:
The Database Administrator I will be a “hands on” lead member of the operations team. This team member will be responsible for the maintenance, implementation, execution, backups and monitoring of all database environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking, resolving and documenting database related incidents and requests. All items must be resolved within SLA agreements.
  • Daily reviewing of SQL related processing (e.g.: database backups, maintenance, monitoring) and reporting to ensure SLAs are maintained.
  • Maintain and expand on SQL monitoring to ensure incidents are identifiable and quickly resolved.
  • Responsible for the implementation of SQL database changes into the production environment ensuring adherence to production standards
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding disaster recovery documentation and procedures as they pertain to SQL processing and environments.
  • This Database Administrator I role requires a service oriented mentality.
  • Show ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment with the ability to multi task, manage priorities and meet necessary timelines.
  • This role requires good communication skills including establishing and maintaining communication with technology customers to keep them informed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience
  • 1 to 3+ years of experience database administration
  • Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience working with indexes, index management, and statistics.
  • Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
  • Experience with data storage planning and concepts (e.g.: partitioning and disk management)
  • Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for MS SQL Server.

Help Desk Technical Analyst

Job Summary:
The Help Desk Technical Analyst will be a “hands on” member of the operations team. This team member will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and/or software including the implementation of solutions for corporate desktop environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Develop and document company standards related to desktop environments
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Coordinate with members of Operations team to maintain and expand systems and corporate documentation and procedures.
Show ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment with the ability to multi task, manage priorities and meet necessary timelines.
Demonstrate initiative with assignments and ability to leverage existing knowledge to resolve existing situations.
Provide clear and effective communication of information to team members and other departments.

Job Purpose:
The Application Support Analyst II will be a “hands on” member of the operations team. This team member will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing information technology systems operations and processing as well as creating/applying modifications to processing. Must show an ability to understand industry standard processing techniques as well as PNT Data specific processing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience in MS SQL (TSQL) and JavaScript with the ability to apply skills to creating processing solutions.
Monitor and maintain existing production processing with ability to apply best practices to resolving processing problems
Assist in developing new processing to expand and/or support production requirements
Show ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment with the ability to multi task, manage priorities and meet necessary timelines.

Job Purpose:
This purpose of the .Net Developer is to have a dedicated resource capable of working independently to design, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications that support PNT Data existing software solutions and the growing portfolio of service offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintaining and developing applications with n-tier architecture which includes http/https web entry points, database objects and .Net technologies.
Possessing strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain complex application designs for management discussions, design reviews and documentation purposes.
Working independently on multiple projects simultaneously using SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications:
