The pages in which we collect personal information, include but are not limited to the Enroll, Customer Sign In, Government Capabilities Form, and landing pages such as Newsletter Sign Up, Healthcare Calendar, Interoperability Resources and Schedule a Demo. In most cases we only request information such as Name and email address, but for marketing purposes we may also collect information such as Title, Company Name and Phone Number. This information is collected to respond to your inquiries in a targeted and professional manner. When contacting us with questions about our services, we may add your inquiry to our website (under FAQs) so that other customers may benefit and learn from our responses. If your questions are posted to our website, your personally identifying information will not be displayed. We may use and share aggregated but de-identified information when it enables us to improve and enrich our services and content offering.

PNT logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are used to track a user’s session to prevent fraudulent clicks to links listed on our website. It only helps us determine how often the areas of our site are visited and how many times by the same identifiable user. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit personal information via the website or other proprietary tools such as Doodad, your information is protected both online and offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service or marketing) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
